William Maddern their son was married to Jane Polinghorne in 1589
(Her father was H.O. Polkinghorne married to E Travanion whose father was Sir Hugh Trevanion)

Their son was William J Maddern born 1591 in Madron married abt 1608 to Margery or Margaret Richard  she was born in 1592. He died in 1663.

Their son was Richard Maddern born 1621/22 in Madron married Mary on 12 July 1662 and she died in 1714 in Morvah. He also died in Morvah in 1702

Their son was Richard Maddern born 1682 married Grace Richards 23 December 1704. He died 14th February 1750/51

Their son was John Maddern born 1722 married to Mary Hall on 30th November 1745

Their son was Thomas Madder born 1746 married to Catherine Thomas in1775. He died in 1825 and she died in 1797.

Their son was Thomas Maddern born 1779 and married to Jane Ellis in 1799

They had a son John Maddern  born 1803 and married to Jane Lawry in 1829

They had a son John Lawry Maddern born in 1833 and married to Eliza Bastian

The next John Maddern was born in 1856 he married Mary Ann Boase in18875 at Guisborough, Yorkshire

The children of John Maddern and Mary Ann Boase where James Henry Maddern born in 1874 at Gulval, Cornwall He married Catherine Mills for his first wife and they had a daughter Hilda. Catherine and James Henry were married in 1907 and Hilda was born in 1908. Catherine died in 1910 and is buried near her daughter. Catherine was the Post Mistress at Carn Brea Post Office and people were deeply grieved by her death at the age of 29 years.
John Frederick Maddern was born abt 1876 and died in 1892 aged 16

There was also a son Bertie who died aged 12 months.

Lilian Evelyn Maddern married Joseph Henry Farewell and they had two daughters Josephine Lilian born 1916 and June.

John Maddern married Mary Ann Nicholson who was my grandfather's sister in 1913.  He died in 1928 aged 72 and my aunt died in 1931 aged 59.

Burials at Tuckingmill Church Yard are:-  John Frederick son of John and Mary 7/1/1892 aged 16 Bertie 12 months Mary Ann their mother 22/3/1911 aged 53 also John their father 17/11/1928
Mary Ann Maddern my great aunt 12/6/1931 aged 59.
